Dont worry:) When you delete the archive with the game, the saves remain on the computer. They are stored in the path:C:\Users\userName\AppData\Roaming\RenPy. In the RenPy folder, there will be a folder with the name of the game - it contains the saves.
That would be great,but i think that even if this route is developed,progress is still very far from it, because the main routes are still far from being completed. Maybe when the game is finished.
And it will not be 100 %, because the main decision remains with the developer.
